This privacy policy applies to the Pardeep Jewellers live bullion rates website and Android app (the "Service"), operated by Pardeep Jewellers, Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

The Service shows live gold and silver rates and allows customers to set price alert notifications. It does not sell jewellery online and does not process any payments.

We collect only the minimum information needed to provide the Service:

• FCM push token — a device identifier generated by Google Firebase when you subscribe to notifications. This token is used only to send you push notifications you have opted into. It does not identify you personally.
• Price alert targets — the gold or silver price values you enter when setting a price alert. These are stored so we can notify you when your target price is reached.
• Theme preference — light or dark mode, stored locally on your device only. We never receive this.
• Cached rates — the last known gold and silver prices, stored locally on your device for fast loading. We never receive this.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any personal identification information.

• Your FCM token is used solely to deliver push notifications you have subscribed to — rate movement alerts, price target alerts, and shop status updates.
• Your price alert targets are used solely to check if the market price has crossed your target and to send you the corresponding notification.
• We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the Service.

FCM tokens and price alert targets are stored in JSONBin.io, a secure cloud storage service. Data is transmitted over HTTPS at all times.

We do not store data on our own servers. We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase (FCM) — push notification delivery
• JSONBin.io — token and alert storage
• MetalpriceAPI — live gold and silver price data
• Netlify — website and app hosting

• Unsubscribe from notifications — you can turn off all notifications at any time using the toggle on the Alerts page (/targets) or through your phone's notification settings.
• Delete your price alerts — you can delete any price alert you have set from the Alerts page at any time.
• Request data deletion — to request deletion of your FCM token and all associated price alerts, contact us using the details below. We will process your request within 7 days.

This Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information through this Service, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also send a push notification informing subscribers of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
